उत्तर – मूलाधिकारों का तात्पर्य उन अधिकारों से हैं, जो व्यक्ति के विकास में सहायक होते हैं और जिनके बिना व्यक्ति का जीवन असम्भव है। विभिन्न देशों के संविधानों में इन मूलाधिकारों को व्यवस्था की गई है। भारतीय नागरिकों को छः मूल अधिकार प्राप्त हैं।

इनमें स्वतन्त्रता का अधिकार, समानता का अधिकार, धार्मिक स्वतन्त्रता का अधिकार, शिक्षा एवं संस्कृति का अधिकार, शोषण के विरुद्ध अधिकार तथा संवैधानिक उपचारों का अधिकार हैं। भारत का सर्वोच्च न्यायालय इन मौलिक अधिकारों की सुरक्षा करता है।

Answer – Fundamental rights mean those rights which help in the development of a person and without which a person’s life is impossible. These fundamental rights have been provided for in the constitutions of various countries. Indian citizens have six fundamental rights.

These include right to freedom, right to equality, right to religious freedom, right to education and culture, right against exploitation and right to constitutional remedies. The Supreme Court of India protects these fundamental rights.
