संविधान निर्माण की क्या आवश्यकता है ?

भारतीय संविधान की आवश्यकता को स्पष्ट कीजिए।
उत्तर- संविधान निर्माण की आवश्यकता किसी भी राज्य के लिए संविधान की महती आवश्यकता निम्नलिखित कारणों से है-
(1) शासन के स्वरूप एवं संगठन का निर्धारण- विश्व का प्रत्येक देश अपनी परिस्थितियों, भौगोलिक दशाओं तथा इतिहास के आधार पर अपने लिए विशिष्ट शासन प्रणाली का चयन करता है।
(2) अधिकार एवं कर्त्तव्यों का ज्ञान-संविधान से जनसाधारण तथा शासक वर्ग के प्रत्येक सदस्य को अपने अधिकार एवं कर्त्तव्यों का ज्ञान होता है।
(3) शासकीय अंगों पर नियन्त्रण- संविधान निर्माण की आवश्यकता इस वजह से भी है, क्योंकि यह सरकार के विविध अंगों पर नियन्त्रण स्थापित करता है तथा उन्हें निरंकुश होने से रोकता है।
(4) सरकार का दिशा- निर्देशक किसी भी देश का संविधान एक अटल नक्षत्र के समान है, क्योंकि यह सरकार को लगातार दिशा निर्देश देता है तथा उसका मार्गदर्शन भी करता है।

Answer : The need for making a constitution. There is a great need for a constitution for any state due to the following reasons:
(1) Determining the form and organization of governance – Every country in the world chooses a specific governance system for itself on the basis of its circumstances, geographical conditions and history.
(2) Knowledge of rights and duties – Through the Constitution, every member of the common people and the ruling class gets knowledge of his rights and duties.
(3) Control over government organs – There is a need for making a constitution because it establishes control over the various organs of the government and prevents them from becoming autocratic.
(4) Guidelines of the government: – The constitution of any country is like a firm constellation, because it continuously gives directions to the government and also guides it.
